No. Just like a rental car, we give it to you full, its your responsibility to return it full.

No lock-in contract. Your membership is month-to-month and paid weekly. You can quit whenever you like and get your full bond back.

No extra fees! You get exactly what is advertised. All-inclusive access to our fleet of Sea-Doo (Jetskis).

All of our equipment and facilities are free to use. Just pay for your fuel and any mistakes you make. Remember you are liable for the first $500 of damage and 50% beyond that.

Our job is to ensure everyone has reliable access to their Jetski. Thats why we have so many! The goal is that everyone who wants a ski gets one, even within 24hr notice. We consistently deliver on this. If you’re fussy about what ski to get, book a few days before and you shouldnt have any issues.

We allow 5 days per calendar month without approval. You can request more days, and many people do. There is no limit to the number of bookings, just be respectful and only book the days you require. People found to be taking advantage of our systems or subleasing jetskis will be removed from the club.

All of our skis are covered under TridentCover (Our Self Insurance Plan). This covers you for 50% of all damage above $500 to the vessel. It does not cover 3rd party or injury.

All of our Jetskis are on single trailers. This means you need a car with a tow bar and a 7pin flat connector. If you dont have experience towing or reversing, we offer a practical 90min training course for $100 in addition to your FREE 60min safety briefing.

Our booking system will allow 5 bookings per calendar month without additional approval (60 days per year). The reality is very few actually come close to this limit. Those deemed to be taking advantage or being disrespectful will be removed from the club.

Yes! We allow for 5 days overnight per calendar month. Any trips longer than that will need to be approved by management.

Absolutely, take it anywhere in Queensland or NSW! Just bring it back in one piece. For those who like to go offshore, ensure you know what you are doing, don’t go alone, and use practical common sense. The only restriction we have is NO WAVE JUMPING.

Its 1 jetski per membership. If you want another one, you will either need to hire it at our standard rates or get a second membership.

You have 24/7 access to the facility but your bookings are per calendar day (NOT 24HRS). So if you need to pickup the night before your booking, double check with your facility manager to see if its there and ready to go.

Just book another day, we have lots of Jetskis available and you should have no issues finding one suited for you and your adventure. In busy periods, just book in advance.

We allow 1 membership pause per calendar year for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days. If this is within your contract period, this time will be added to the end of your membership.
