Its easy to upgrade from the limited plan to the ultimate, but if you join on the ultimate, you will need to complete your first 52 weeks before you can change. To upgrade from Limited to Ultimate, just pay the difference between the two.
For example: Jonny joined the limited plan and enjoyed it so much in his first month he wanted to upgrade, he paid $112 so far, the ultimate plan would have been $300 over the same period, all he had to do was pay the difference, a total of $188.

Yes, you need a Boat & Jetski License before you can drive the Jetski but you can join now to lock in your spot, and we will work together to get your license and experience to qualify.

Jetskis are booked through our online platform. After joining, you will receive a link to our booking portal and be able to see live availability across all our locations.

There are no cancellation fees, but all members are locked in for a 52-week term.

After 52 weeks, your membership continues week-to-week unless cancelled.

Yes, you can transfer your membership to any qualifying person. They must have their boat & Jetski license and the minimum expected experience. There are no fees associated with a membership transfer.

Its 1 jetski per membership. If you want another one, you will either need to hire it at our standard rates or get a second membership.

You have 24/7 access to the facility but your bookings are per calendar day (NOT 24HRS). So if you need to pickup the night before your booking, double check with your facility manager to see if its there and ready to go.

Just book another day, we have lots of Jetskis available and you should have no issues finding one suited for you and your adventure. In busy periods, just book in advance.

Whether you use it or not, we still need to pay for financing, rent, maintenance, staff, and insurance. So, unfortunately, our plans do not allow for pauses. But they do allow you to have lots of fun on awesome Jetskis!

No. Just like a rental car, we give it to you full, its your responsibility to return it full.

No extra fees! You get exactly what is advertised. All-inclusive access to our fleet of Sea-Doo (Jetskis).
All of our equipment and facilities are included in your membership. Just pay for your fuel and don’t bring the Jetski back with any holes in it. There is a refuelling charge of $50 if you don’t fill it up, and an additional charge of $50 if the Jetski isn’t cleaned properly.

Our job is to ensure everyone has reliable access to their Jetski. Thats why we have so many! The goal is that everyone who wants a ski gets one, even within 24hr notice. We consistently deliver on this but on some summer weekends and on holidays we do book out. When in doubt, book in early.

Check what plan you are on. Its 5 days per month on the Ultimate Plan, and 5 days per year for the Limited Plan. PLEASE NOTE, for those on the Ultimate Plan, we only consider extensions beyond the 5 days per month for users who don’t consistently book all their days.

All of our skis are covered under TridentCover (Our Self Insurance Plan). This covers you for all damage above $2,000 to the vessel. It does not cover 3rd party or injury.

All of our Jetskis are branded with QR codes for simple pickup and returns. Just scan and follow the procedures. Please exercise common sense and ask for help before you have an issue. Its not a good idea to “wing it” with a $15,000 Jetski. We are here to help.

Book it for the days you need, don’t overdo it. Nobody likes the guy at the gym who thinks he owns the place. Don’t be that guy. We all share the skis and respect eachother. Please enjoy responsibly.

Yes! We allow for 5 days overnight per calendar month. Any trips longer than that will need to be approved by management.

Absolutely, take it anywhere in Queensland or NSW! Just bring it back in one piece. For those who like to go offshore, ensure you know what you are doing, don’t go alone, and use practical common sense. The only restriction we have is NO WAVE JUMPING.
