No. Just like a rental car, we give it to you full, its your responsibility to return it full.

Yes, this is a lock-in contract. The membership runs for 52 weeks and will then auto-renew week to week until canceled. Your bond is fully refunded upon exit.

No extra fees! You get exactly what is advertised. All-inclusive access to our fleet of Sea-Doo (Jetskis).

All of our equipment and facilities are free to use with the exception of our Pontoon, which you can add-on for $17 per week. Just pay for your fuel and any mistakes you make and remember you are liable for the first $500 of damage and 50% beyond that.

Our job is to ensure everyone has reliable access to their Jetski. Thats why we have so many! The goal is that everyone who wants a ski gets one, even within 24hr notice. We consistently deliver on this. If you’re fussy about what ski to get, book a few days before and you shouldnt have any issues.

Check what plan you are on. Its 5 days per month on the Ultimate Plan, and 5 days per year for the Limited Plan. PLEASE NOTE, for those on the Ultimate Plan, we only consider extensions beyond the 5 days per month for users who don’t consistently book all their days.

All of our skis are covered under TridentCover (Our Self Insurance Plan). This covers you for all damage above $2,000 to the vessel. It does not cover 3rd party or injury.

For pickup at our Trailer Depots, you need a car with a tow bar and a 7pin flat connector. If you dont have experience towing or reversing, we offer a practical 90min training course for $89 in addition to your FREE 60min 1-on-1 Induction.

Pickup from our Pontoon is as easy as walking on and jumping on the Jetski. Everything there is self service.

For Ultimate Members, our booking system will allow 5 bookings per calendar month without additional approval (60 days per year). The reality is very few actually come close to this limit.

Yes! We allow for 5 days overnight per calendar month. Any trips longer than that will need to be approved by management.

Absolutely, take it anywhere in Queensland or NSW! Just bring it back in one piece. For those who like to go offshore, ensure you know what you are doing, don’t go alone, and use practical common sense. The only restriction we have is NO WAVE JUMPING.

Its 1 jetski per membership. If you want another one, you will either need to hire it at our standard rates or get a second membership.

You have 24/7 access to the facility but your bookings are per calendar day (NOT 24HRS). So if you need to pickup the night before your booking, double check with your facility manager to see if its there and ready to go.

Just book another day, we have lots of Jetskis available and you should have no issues finding one suited for you and your adventure. In busy periods, just book in advance.

Whether you use it or not, we still need to pay financing, rent for multiple facilities, maintenance checks, and insurances. So unfortunately our plans do not allow for pauses, but they do allow you to hit the water for only $55pw!
