Covers you for all vessel damage above $2,000. Excludes injury and third party. Does not cover drivers who have not completed a safety induction and is considered void in cases of negligence, drunk driving, stunts, or operation in prohibited areas.

Terms & Conditions

1. Coverage Scope 1.1 Trident Jetskis provides limited insurance coverage for damage to the jetski booked under a valid rental agreement. This coverage applies exclusively to the specific jetski signed out by the customer during the booking period. 1.2 Trident Jetskis will cover 100% of any damage to the jetski exceeding $2,000, provided the damage occurs during the authorized rental period and is reported immediately upon return.

2. Exclusions from Coverage 2.1 This insurance does not cover: a) Damage below $2,000. b) Any damage to private or public property, including docks, other vessels, or marine infrastructure. c) Any personal injury sustained by the driver, passengers, or third parties. d) Damage resulting from reckless or negligent operation, including but not limited to speeding, unsafe maneuvers, or use in restricted areas. e) Damage caused by operating the jetski under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Eligibility for Coverage 3.1 Coverage is only applicable to drivers who have completed an official Trident Jetskis induction conducted by authorized staff. 3.2 Unregistered operators or individuals who have not undergone the induction process are not covered under this insurance policy.

4. Reporting and Claims Process 4.1 In the event of an incident resulting in damage: a) The driver must immediately notify Trident Jetskis staff upon return of the jetski. b) A damage assessment will be conducted, and the cost of repairs will be determined. c) The customer is responsible for all damages under $2,000. 4.2 Failure to report damage in a timely manner may result in loss of coverage and additional liability for the full cost of repairs.

5. Liability and Indemnity 5.1 Customers acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for any damage or injury caused while operating the jetski. 5.2 By signing the rental agreement, the customer agrees to indemnify Trident Jetskis against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from improper use of the jetski. 5.3 Trident Jetskis reserves the right to refuse coverage if damage results from a violation of these terms.

6. Amendments and Governing Law 6.1 Trident Jetskis reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 6.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

Before using any Jetskis, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
