Eligibility and Safety:

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent our Jetskis.

• Participants must have a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Must have an accepted license to operate a PWC in Queensland if participating in a trailer away jetski rental.

• Safety gear, including life jackets, must be worn at all times during the ride.

Reservations:

• Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by phone.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental or tour time.

Payment and Cancellation:

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded.

• Refunds will be made for bad weather and in cases of operator cancellations

• The operator reserves the right to cancel all and any rentals for any reason.

Damage and Liability:

• You are responsible for any damage to the Jetski during your rental period.

• You will be liable for injuries or damage caused to yourself and others due to your negligence.

Safety Briefing:

• You are required to attend a safety briefing before your rental or tour.

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

Alcohol and Drug Policy:

• The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during your rental or tour is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we suspect is under the influence.

Weather Conditions:

• We may cancel or reschedule rentals and tours due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.

• We will make every effort to notify you in advance and provide alternatives.

Rules of the Water:

• Follow all local and state boating regulations.

• Do not enter prohibited areas or disturb wildlife.

• Respect the peace and privacy of nearby residents.

Environmental Responsibility:

• Dispose of trash in designated containers.

• Do not release harmful substances or litter into the water.

Insurance:

• We recommend that you have personal insurance coverage.

• Our company does not provide insurance for any activities on the water.

• Everyone must accept the responsibility for their jetski and guests.

• Jetski rentals cannot be insured in Queensland.

Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our Jetskis.

Changes to Terms:

• We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

• You will be bound by the most current version posted on our website.

Termination:

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate rentals/tours for violations of these terms or safety reasons.
