Get access to all our current and future full service pontoons! Hop on and off with ease and let our team take care of all the cleaning and refueling. Simply book your Jetski online and come and go from the pontoon anytime between 6am and 6pm. Scan the QR code on the Jetski and then head off on your adventure. Upon return, scan again and depart with ease. Fuel will be charged by the liter and invoiced to you after each use.

Trident Jetskis Pontoon Access Terms and Conditions 1. Access and Use 1.1. Subscribers gain access to all current and future full-service pontoons operated by Trident Jetskis. 1.2. Users may hop on and off the pontoon at their convenience between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, provided they have booked a jetski online. 1.3. Users must scan the QR code on the jetski before departure and upon return. 1.4. Trident Jetskis staff will handle all cleaning and refueling services. 1.5. Fuel usage will be recorded and charged per liter, with an invoice sent after each use. 2. Subscription and Payment 2.1. A subscription fee will be charged weekly based on membership type: a) Ultimate Members: $17 per week b) Limited Members: $9 per week 2.2. The subscription requires a 52-week lock-in contractfrom the date of first payment. 3. Cancellation and Termination 3.1. Subscribers may cancel their subscription after completing the 52-week commitment period. 3.2. Trident Jetskis reserves the right to revoke pontoon access for any of the following reasons: a) Failure to follow established procedures. b) Disregard for staff instructions. c) Falsification of records. d) Abusive behavior toward staff or other users. e) Requiring excessive maintenance or service. f) Acting in bad faith. g) Interfering with commercial activities on the pontoon. 4. Availability and Restrictions 4.1. The pontoon is accessible daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; these hours are subject to change. 4.2. All vessels must be returned before sunset and cannot depart before sunrise. 4.3. Late returns will incur a fine of $100. 4.4. Any incidents involving late returns will be reported to the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) and Maritime Safety Queensland (MSQ). 5. Compliance with Procedures 5.1. Users must adhere to all operational procedures outlined in their pontoon onboarding. 5.2. The correct usage form must be completed as instructed during onboarding. 5.3. Forms must be properly filled out, and all procedures must be followed accurately. 5.4. Failure to comply with form procedures may result in expulsion from pontoon access and/or Trident Jetskis membership. 6. Amendments 6.1. Trident Jetskis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 6.2. Notice of amendments will be provided to subscribers in person, by text message, or via email. By subscribing to pontoon access, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
